• Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions before accessing or using our online English learning platforms. By accessing or using the platforms, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Punctuality and Missed Lessons:

• • A. If you are more than 5 minutes late to a class, the class will be cancelled, and the missed lessons will not be repeated.
  • B. It is your responsibility to attend classes on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of the course.

Refund Policy:

• A. Once you have booked a course, you are not eligible to request a refund.
• B. You have the option to reschedule the start date within one year of the booked course.
• C. You can transfer the course to another student within one year of the booked course.

Group Courses and Class Schedule:

• If you have enrolled in a group course, the class schedule you choose during the registration process is subject to change based on the availability and preferences of other students at the same level.
• B. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time slot, but flexibility may be required.
• C. After the timetable is issued, you cannot change the class time unless you are enrolled in a private 101 course.

Attendance and Certification:

• A. To obtain a certificate, your attendance must be at least 80% of the scheduled classes.
• B. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may result in the inability to receive a certificate.

Conduct during Classes:

• A. If other individuals are present during your class, please request their cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment.
• B. Recording lessons without the tutor's permission is strictly prohibited.
• C. Any antisocial behaviour during the class will lead to the student being dismissed.
• D. The teacher reserves the right to mute a student in case of noise disturbance from their side.

Internet Connection and Technical Issues:

• A. We are not responsible for any poor internet connection or technical issues that may affect your ability to attend classes.
• B. In the event of technical difficulties, the class will not be repeated, and it is your responsibility to address the issue on your end.
• C. If you encounter a technical issue during a class, you may leave and rejoin the session to resolve the problem.

Platform and Software Requirements:

• A. It is essential to download and familiarize yourself with the teaching software.
• B. Ensure that you have the necessary technical requirements, including a compatible device and stable internet connection, to access the platform.

Camera Usage:

• A. Using the camera during classes is optional, and you may turn it off if you prefer.
